Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Fittech Pte Ltd, a company in Singapore, which operates PerfectLifeNow (“SY”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SY.

What SY is, and is not

SY offers personal reflection drawn from traditional Chinese wisdom: your Four Pillars, the 5 elements, year cycles and related ideas, explained in plain language, plus an AI guide called the Elder (coming soon; not open yet). It describes tendencies to think about. It does not predict events, and it is not scientific evidence.

SY is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. It does not replace a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or therapist. Please make your own decisions and bring in qualified professionals for health, legal and money matters. The Elder, when it opens, is an AI, not a person, and can make mistakes. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate details, especially your birth details, because your reading depends on them.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and payment

• Merits Preview: US$1, a single payment. It does not renew.
• Starter Life Changer: US$250 per year.
• Pro Life Changer: US$2,500 per year.

Starter and Pro are yearly subscriptions. They renew automatically every year at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your plan page (Manage billing). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes that apply where you live. We may change prices for future renewals, and will tell you beforehand.

What each plan includes

The plan cards list what each plan includes. Features marked Coming soon are not part of what you are buying today. We are building them and may change or drop them. Features marked By request (the justified naming review and the 1-1 PRO consultation) are delivered by a person, on request, for Pro members; we will reply on your Pro page, and timing depends on the request.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds beyond what the law requires. That is why the Merits Preview exists: to let you try SY for US$1 before choosing a larger plan. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer laws where you live. If you were charged by mistake or you think a charge is wrong, email support@perfectlifenow.com and we will look into it.

Using SY fairly

• Your reading is for you. Please do not resell it or scrape SY.
• In the community, be kind, do not harass others, do not post other people's private details, and do not give medical, legal or financial instructions as if they were advice.
• We may hide or remove posts, and suspend accounts, that break these rules or put others at risk.

Our content and yours

SY's text, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Your journal entries and community posts belong to you; by posting in the community you let us display them to other signed-in members there. Your journal is private to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SY running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features and these terms; if a change is important we will tell you. Continuing to use SY after a change means you accept it.

Limits on our responsibility

SY is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on your reading or the Elder, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using SY at any time; cancel any paid plan first so it does not renew. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. To have your account and data deleted, email support@perfectlifenow.com.

Contact and governing law

Questions, billing problems and deletion requests: email support@perfectlifenow.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where SY's operator is established, and any rights you have as a consumer where you live still apply.
