What is PerfectLifeNow, and is it a prediction?
PerfectLifeNow reads your life code, meaning your Four Pillars, your five elements and your year cycles, and explains it in plain words. It shows tendencies to reflect on and work with, not predictions or certainties. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
What do I need to get my reading, and what if I don't know my birth time?
You need your birth date, city and country. Save them under Your details. The birth time is optional: tick "I don't know my birth time" and your reading still works, with three pillars instead of four, and the report tells you what that affects. If you were born between 11pm and midnight, a note in your report explains which convention it used.
What is the difference between the plans?
Merits Preview ($1, one payment) gives you a snapshot: your Four Pillars, your five elements at a glance and a summary of your innate potential, plus the community. Starter Life Changer ($250 a year) is the full reading: career, relationships and health readings, the elements that steady your chart, your year ahead, and exercises, a private journal and guided meditations. Pro Life Changer ($2,500 a year) adds a justified naming review and a 1-1 consultation with SY's expert, which are done by a person on request.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Choose a plan, tick the box to agree to the terms, and you will be taken to Stripe's secure page.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Your plan and choose Manage billing. On Stripe's secure page you can update your card, switch plan, cancel and download invoices. Starter Life Changer and Pro Life Changer renew every year until you cancel, and if you cancel you keep everything until the end of the year you paid for. The Merits Preview is a single payment and never renews.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds beyond what the law requires. That is why the $1 Merits Preview exists: so you can check that the reading speaks to you before choosing a larger plan. If you think something went wrong with a payment, such as being charged twice or getting the wrong plan, write to us below and we will look into it.
Who can see my birth details and my journal?
Your birth details are used to calculate your chart and are never shown to other members. In the community, others see only the display name you choose and what you post there. Your journal is private to your account: other members and our admin tools cannot read it. It is not end-to-end encrypted, so please do not write anything you would not trust a secure service with.
What about the Elder chatbot?
Asking the Elder your own questions is coming soon. It is being built and is not open yet, so it is not counted as part of any plan today. Everything else described on the plan cards as available is live now.
I did not get my confirmation or password-reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Our emails come from no-reply@perfectlifenow.com and can take a few minutes. Make sure the address was typed correctly. If you have asked several times, wait about ten minutes before trying again, because repeated requests are rate-limited. If you opened a confirmation link on a different device and it says you could not be signed in, your email is confirmed: just log in with your password.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
This is not self-serve yet, so please ask us using the form below and choose "Delete my account or data". Cancel any paid plan first so it does not renew. We delete your profile, readings, journal, activity and plan records. Community posts you made stay but show as from a "Former member", and payment records may be kept by Stripe and by us as the law requires.
