Privacy Policy

This explains what PerfectLifeNow (“SY”), operated by Fittech Pte Ltd in Singapore, collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to give you your reading and run the service, and nothing we sell.

What we collect

• Account: your email, your name if you give one, and how you sign in (email and password; Google sign-in may be added later).
• Birth details: birth date, birth time (if you know it) and birth city and country. Your life code is calculated from these.
• Your reading and activity: the Life Blueprints we generate for you, the exercises and meditations you mark done, and your journal entries.
• Community: the display name you choose, your posts and replies, and reports you make. Your display name and posts are visible to every other signed-in member, so please do not post private details such as your birth information, health or finances.
• Plan and payments: which plan you have and when it renews. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we keep a Stripe customer reference.
• Site usage: which pages are viewed, how a visit started (the site that linked to us, or a campaign tag in the link), a rough country, and whether a phone, tablet or computer is used. We also note when a signed-in member does something in the product, such as saving a journal entry, starting checkout or asking the Elder a question, without recording what they wrote. See “Analytics” below.
• The Elder (coming soon; not open yet): see below. When it opens, we will keep a count of questions asked (who and when), never the questions or answers.

The Elder and AI

The Elder, our AI guide, is coming soon and is not open yet, so nothing is sent to an AI service today. When it opens, asking it a question will send the question and the recent conversation, together with your chart facts (your pillars, elements and this year's cycle) and your first name, to an AI service so it can write a reply. We do not send your email, birth date or birthplace. Conversations are not saved on our servers: they stay in your browser tab until you clear them or close it.

Your journal is private

Journal entries are visible only to you. Other members and our administrators cannot read them through the app. Like most services, the database that holds them is operated by our provider (below), so please avoid writing anything you would not want stored in a hosted database.

Who helps us

• Supabase: our database and sign-in (hosted in Singapore).
• Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Resend: sends the emails we owe you, such as password resets and account notices (it sees your email address and the message).
• Cloudflare: our domain and DNS, and forwarding of emails you send to our support address.
• Google: only if Google sign-in is offered and you choose “Continue with Google”. It is not offered today.
• An AI provider: only once the Elder opens, to write its replies, as described above.

These providers process data for us and may handle it outside your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used with our own simple system, not a third-party analytics or advertising service. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. Page addresses are recorded without anything after the “?”, and long ids are removed. A random code held in your browser tab (and gone when you close it) groups the pages of one visit; it does not follow you between visits or sites. Page views are not linked to your account. Product events, such as saving a journal entry, are linked to your account so we can see how many members use each feature, and never include what you wrote. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not record your page views. These records are kept for up to 400 days.

Why we use your data

To create and show your reading, run your account and plan, keep the community safe, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, readings, journal, activity and plan records. Posts you made in the community stay but are shown as from a “Former member”. Payment records may be kept by Stripe and by us as the law requires.

Your choices

• Correct your birth details any time in Your details.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, by emailing support@perfectlifenow.com.
• Cancel a paid plan any time from your plan page.
• Questions about your data: email support@perfectlifenow.com, or write to Fittech Pte Ltd, 2 Venture Dr, #19-18 Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to a regulator.

Children

SY is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you. See also our Terms of Service.
